How I won the project…
Winning The Pitch: Secured a high-profile project competing with 7 internal IT teams.
Partnered with the Web Manager and the Head of IT Services in the Faculty to create a Business Model Canvas. As mixed methods designer I gathered enough data to uncover what we needed to build, and created a Value Proposition, which I presented at the Pitch to the Project Owner/stakeholder, the Dean of the Faculty, presented compelling concept design concepts, informed by key insights formed by my initial user research. Our UX Strategy successfully demonstrated how the design solutions aligned with user needs and business goals - University's Strategic Plan.
